PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that fastening member possibly becomes a charged part in a welding torch when combining two divided pieces of a torch holder part by putting a fastening member through holes or combining a torch main body and the torch holder part with a fastening member, if the fastening member has electrical conductivity and part of the fastening member comes into contact with a charged part in the welding torch. SOLUTION: The welding torch is configured such that an insulating member is detachably attached to a hole, through which the fastening member passes and a tool for loosening/fastening the fastening member passes, after joining the divided pieces of the torch holder part or joining the torch main body and the torch holder part with the fastening member; and the insulating member is held within the torch holder part in an attached state or in a detached state.
