The spray device of a cosmetic composition having water, comprises a container equipped with a spray mechanism, a perforated membrane, a piezoelectric actuator for vibrating the membrane in a frequency of 20 KHz to 7 MHz, a unit for contacting the liquid composition contained in the container with internal surface of the membrane, a unit for pressure offset providing reduced pressure to the liquid in contact with the internal surface of the membrane, and additives. The perforations of the membrane allow an interior of the container to communicate with external environment. The perforations of the membrane allow an interior of the container to communicate with external environment, and have an inverse conicity such as transversely crossed surface larger than the external surface of the membrane. The cosmetic composition flows itself in the form of droplets through perforations upto external surface of the membrane, and comprises an anionic, cationic, amphoteric or non-ionic fixing polymer (1-12 wt.%) in a cosmetically acceptable medium. The reduced pressure varies from ambient pressure upto a pressure at which the air is sucked through the perforations in contact with the composition. The contact unit comprises a supply mechanism with bubble generator by capillarity. Perforations with normal conicity are disposed around and to exterior of the perforations with inverse conicity. The additives are alkalizing agent, acidifying agent, silicon, perfumes, conservative agents, UV absorbent agents, colorants and/or anti-corrosion agents. |
