A mobile telecommunication repeating system using a power line is provided to relay CDMA or WCDMA signals without distortion between a mobile communication terminal inside a building and a base station outside a building through power line communication. An antenna(110) provides CDMA or WCDMA signals of RF received from CDMA or WCDMA base stations to an RF/IF processing unit(120). CDMA or WCDMA signals of RF uplinked from the RF/IF processing unit are transmitted to the base stations. The RF/IF processing unit receives the CDMA or WCDMA signals of RF downlinked from the base stations, converts the received CDMA or WCDMA signals into intermediate frequency signals, transmits the converted intermediate frequency signals to a signal converting unit(130), receives the CDMA or WCDMA signals of IF(Intermediate Frequency) uplinked from a remote repeater from the signal converting unit, converts the received CDMA or WCDMA signals of IF into the CDMA or WCDMA signals of RF and transmits the converted CDMA or WCDMA signals of RF to the base stations through the antenna. The signal converting unit comprises an analog-digital converter(131) and a digital-analog converter(132).
