A power plant is provided to transmit the efficient energy by compensating energy loss about the torque between the magnet of the same polarity through the repulsive power. A power plant comprises the stationary magnets(140a,140b) having the same polarity of the pair the inner surface is symmetrical, and the fixture(100) in which the clamping unit(120) is linked and formed; and a pair of rotating magnets(240a) and rotator(200) including rotary unit(220). In order to be rotated around the axis of rotation of fixture according to the inner surface of each Clamping unit it is corresponded to the stationary magnet and the rotating magnets is formed. In each rotaring magnets is incline, the ball bearing(260) is united in order to be smoothly driven. The rotary unit is connected to the axis of rotation through the elastic member(280) in which the spring is joined
