FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for receiving of rock material for device of rough surface treatment of asphalt coats, treated with petroleum bitumen, amended with rubber crumbs consists in the following: general fabricated rubber goods residuals or worked out wires are crushed into fractional particles of the size 0.5-0.9 mm, 0.5-0.9 mm in the ratio 5-7% of the volume of the petroleum bitumen are introduced in to the working vessel equipped with a device for stirring of rubber crumbs and petroleum bitumen; mixture of petroleum bitumen and rubber crumbs is stirred within 5 hours - reaching 95-98% dissolving level of devulcanised rubber crumbs in the petroleum bitumen; fractional rock material is prepared, sent into the measuring hopper; from the measuring hopper fractional rock material on belt transporter is provided into a drier drum, where it gets heated up to 165-185°C, whereat fractional particles are dried and heated on the principle of counterflow; from the drier drum dried and heated rock material is proportioned through weight and supplied into the upper part of the mixer; petroleum bitumen amended with rubber crumbs is evenly injected into the blending machine and mixed with fractional rock material, mixture is poured out from the blending machine and slowly cooled. ^ EFFECT: reclamation of waste of chemical production of worked out rubber wires and other technological rubber goods. ^ 1 cl, 1 ex |
