Part of the body is elastically-compressible. When the grinding body is pressed against a plane surface, the second surface (5) is brought into contact with it. This surface (5) includes abrasive. The first surface (4) is plane (or includes plane areas). The second surface is parallel to the first. The body is a foam, pad, sheet or belt.
