The said components are mixed without oxygen access with sour cream, vegetable oil, table salt and black bitter pepper, cutting of remaining part of skin-free smoked salmon fillet, packing of cut part of skin-free smoked salmon fillet, prepared mixture and drinking water with preset ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: higher digestibility. |
