FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely, to obstetrics. Abdomen circumference, height of uterus fundus above lap, D.spinarum of patient, external conjugate of patient's pelvis and patient's height are determined. Then fetus length before delivery is calculated by mathematical formula: L=16.90002+0.67901*A+0.12295*B+0.11545*C-0.40234*D+0.06426*H, where: L - fetus length before delivery, in cm; A - D.spinarum, in cm; B - abdomen circumference, in cm; C - height of uterus fundus above lap D - external conjugate of pelvis, in cm; H - height, in cm; 16.90002; 0.67901; 0.12295; 0.11545; 0.40234; 0.06426 - numeric prognostic coefficients. ^ EFFECT: increasing of determining fetus length in pregnant women before labour for predicting course of physiological labour and choosing rational method of delivery. ^ 2 ex |
