PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer laminate of a thermoplastic resin suitable as a material for storing/packaging an article, which can be subjected to a low temperature thermal bonding, is moderate in the strength of the thermal bonding with other materials, is excellent in antistatic property, and is particularly improved in its persistence with time. SOLUTION: In the laminate formed by the lamination of an outer layer film layer, an intermediate layer and a thermobonding agent layer, the intermediate layer comprise an ethylene copolymer containing ethylene and an unsaturated carboxylate as constituent units or a resin composition containing it.
