A topical composition without containing vitamin A acid is provided to be used for nourishing and moisturizing skin, treat acne vulgaris and zits, and provide anti-oxidizing function. The topical composition for treating acne and zits comprises 1-45 wt.% of vitamin C, 1-5 wt.% of vitamin B group, 0.1-3 wt.% of vitamin B-carotene, 2-90 wt.% of vitamin E, 0.1-2 wt.% of perfume, 1-5 wt.% of a thickener, 1-8 wt.% of a surfactant, and an adequate amount of distilled water. |
