A rotary crusher is provided to block failure cause in beforehand by instantaneous compression activity of the tension spring and overload protection of a pulverizing device and to decrease times of operation of liner change. A rotary crusher which flows and pulverizes workpiece inside a grinding hole contains a topcell support(40) at a circumference of a topcell table(30), a plurality of hydraulic cylinders(34) mounted along an upper side of the circumference of the topcell table in order to adjust intervals of the grinding hole, a tension bolt mounted between a support plate of the topcell support and a hydraulic cylinder and a tension spring(37) at a circumference of the tension bolt.
