RADIO FREQUENCY PHASE DIFFERENCE DETECTOR

A phase difference detector for a radio frequency is provided to remove a noise signal of a radio frequency power amplifier by using a pure phase difference. An input terminal includes a first port(110) for supplying an input signal and a second port(120) for supplying a reference signal. A hybrid coupler(200) is used for dividing the input signal of the first port according to a phase difference of 90 degrees. An RF switch(300) outputs RF signals in an interval of 10KHz according to a synchronous signal divided by a switch driving circuit. A mixer(400) outputs a signal having a DC component and a phase value of a low frequency in comparison with a frequency of the RF signal of the RF switch and a frequency of an L0 signal as the reference signal of the second port of the input terminal and an IF output frequency signal including various frequency components by mixing the RF signal of the RF switch and the L0 signal as the reference signal of the second port of the input terminal. A DC switch(500) outputs the IF signal in an interval of 10KHz according to the synchronous signal divided by the switch driving circuit. A divider(600) combines output signals of the DC switch and extracts and outputs a pure phase component.
