FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: pneumatic jackhammer contains the case with antivibration handle and compressed air feed means, a duct arranged in the case to axially move therein, a shock absorber, a working member and a vibration damper. The duct is made up of two cups. The first cup open end accommodates a detachable cover. The second cup bottom has an orifice representing a guide. Note that the second cup outer surface is furnished with a circular groove, its both sides being provided with circular chutes receiving O-rings sealing the gap between the second cup outer surface and the case inner surface. The working member shaft idle end is furnished with an axial bore. The working member bottom is provided with through holes to communicate working member axial bore space with its outer surface. The working member working end can reciprocate through the orifice made in the second cup bottom. The working member idle end is furnished with a collar to interact with the second cup inner surface. The vibration suppressor represents a cylindrical sleeve with a through axial hole made in the first cup and spring-loaded relative to the first cup bottom and the detachable cover. ^ EFFECT: minimum level of vibration. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
