PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet delivering head or the like in which a load on an electrode connecting part hardly has an effect on wiring and which can decrease defects caused by cracking and cutting of the wiring by devising the shape and the constitution of a thin layer wiring substrate. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet delivering head comprises a nozzle plate on which a plurality of nozzles for delivering liquid droplets are formed, a liquid chamber communicating with the nozzles, and an energy generating means for delivering the liquid droplets from the nozzles by increasing the internal pressure of the liquid chamber. A driving signal is fed to the energy generating means through a plurality of thin layer wiring substrates, and electric connecting parts of a plurality of the thin layer wiring substrates each other have a part which is not electrically connected to the distal end of at least one thin layer wiring substrate.
