摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method for a liquid jet head in which poor jetting of a liquid, and variations at each nozzle opening in jetting amount and jetting speed of the ink jetted are reduced. SOLUTION: In a state with a nozzle plate 34 expanded by pressurization heating, heating pressure-bonding can be carried out while a nozzle opening 351 formed in a nozzle plate 341 and a hole 321 formed in a resin film adhesive 321B to correspond to the nozzle opening 351 are matched in position. Even when the nozzle plates 34 and 341 contract by a temperature decrease, since the nozzle plates 34 and 341 and resin film adhesives 32B and 321B are subjected to heating pressure-bonding, nozzle openings 35 and 351, and holes 320 and 321 are prevented from being displaced from each other. The manufacturing method for the recording head 1 in which a channel of the ink is secured, and poor jetting of the ink and variations at each nozzle opening 35 in jetting amount and jetting speed of the ink jetted are reduced can be obtained accordingly.
