A multi-purpose seat fumigation and hip bathing device having an iron is provided to perform fumigation and hip bathing using far infrared rays and wormwood at a time and to apply a water washing function by combining a wormwood fumigation device having a water pail. A multi-purpose seat fumigation and hip bathing device having an iron is composed of: an upper plate(22) installed at the upper end to let a person sit on, wherein the middle of the upper plate is recessed inward to form a fumigation part(11) fully filled with steam; a water pail(14) installed inside to store water; a heater(15) generating steam by receiving the water from the water pail. The steam generated from the heater is supplied to at least one of a fumigation filter(16), the iron connected to the outer side of the hip bathing device, and the fumigation part. The steam passing through the fumigation filter is supplied to the fumigation part. The iron directly receives the water from the water pail.
