PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoloration method of colored wastewater capable of decoloring the colored wastewater by a simple constitution, and a decoloration device of the colored wastewater. SOLUTION: The colored wastewater is allowed to flow through or charged in the space between the outer electrode 3 and inner electrode 2 of an energizing treatment part 1 to which a pulse wave is applied, so that the pulse wave is passed through the colored wastewater to decolor the colored wastewater.
