A cell pouch for a lithium secondary battery or portable storage battery is provided to inform users of an abnormal increase in the internal temperature of a cell by the pouch itself, thereby ensuring safety and reliability of the cell, and to realize excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation property, gas and moisture barrier property, heat sealing strength and moldability. A cell pouch comprises at least one temperature-sensitive thermochromic layer(20) that undergoes a change in color depending on temperatures, in the stacked structure thereof. The temperature-sensitive thermochromic ink layer comprises temperature-sensitive thermochromic microcapsules, which has a particle diameter greater than 0 micrometer and equal to or less than 3 micrometers. The temperature-sensitive thermochromic ink preferably comprises: 10-40 parts by weight of temperature-sensitive thermochromic microcapsules; 20-40 parts by weight of an acrylic or urethane resin; and 30-50 parts by weight of a solvent.
