The wallpaper having the change of color according to the viewing angle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a three-dimensional effect and a mystique by applying cholesteric liquid crystal polymer on the wallpaper, and to meet the user's various needs. A printing layer(120) having corresponding patterns is formed on the upper side of the wallpaper substrate(110). At least one cholesteric liquid crystal polymer(130) is formed on one specified region of the upper side of the printing layer, and is viewed by transforming into two different colors corresponding to viewing angle or more. At least One passivation layer(140) or more passivation layers are coated on the upper side of the cholesteric liquid crystal polymer, and protect the cholesteric liquid crystal polymer and the wallpaper substrate having the printing layer from an exterior shock. Each of the cholesteric liquid crystal polymer is formed of different spiral pitches in order to be viewed by transforming into different colors corresponding to viewing angle. The wallpaper substrate is selected from a group consisting of a paper wallpaper substrate, a PVC(PolyVinyl Chloride) wallpaper substrate, a special wallpaper substrate and a natural wallpaper substrate.
