FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: morphometric properties of an eye are defined. Spherical aberration value defined by Zernike polynomial Z (4,0), quantitative value of positive coma defined by Zernike polynomial Z (3,1), and quantitative value of integral higher-order aberration level PV OPD HO are calculated, the following keratotopographical properties are defined: cornea surface regularity index SRI and cornea surface asymmetry index SAI. Lens dislocation is confirmed at SRI under 0.5, SAI under 1.0, Z (4,0) not more than -0.2 mcm, Z (3,1) not more than 0.8 mcm and PV OPD HO not less than 2.5 mcm. ^ EFFECT: accuracy, objectivity and reduced examination time. ^ 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
