The system has a memory unit (UM) in which a digital card (CN) contains information relative to a location of detectors (DC) e.g. Doppler radars, of a road or freeway system. An elaboration unit (UE) generates information from detection information of the detectors, where the information relates to location of the vehicle against current of traffic on the card, to real time progression of the vehicle, or to starting and ending of the vehicle against current of traffic. An interface unit (INT2) communicates the generated information to an exploitation assisting computing system (SAE).
