Panels (2, 3) of the table are held on a structure (4), of which at least one support (6) is vertical. The folding center (5) includes a guide section (7) sliding on each vertical support. This (7) is pivoted with one or both panels. Using its locking mechanism, the guide section can be stopped at either of two heights (18, 19) along the vertical support. One is for use, the other for storage. A handle (12) operates the locking mechanism, releasing the guide section to allow transition from one position to the other. |
