The method involves extraction of the analysed strain DNA, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using synthetic TAN1 and TAN2 primers complementary to hutG - YP01967 zone and featuring the following nucleotide sequences: TAN1-5'-TGGGCTTGAATACGGATGATG-3', TAN2-5'-ACAACCATGCTGACGTGGG-3'.
