FIELD: pulp and paper industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: molding part of hybrid type is intended for paper making machine, which has two molding grates capable of combined displacement in direction of movement. Grates are supported by sets of support elements, which are supported by suction boxes. Suction boxes have curved supporting surface and are equipped with at least four separate detached zones of depression installed inside molding part. Radiuses of curvature of curved surfaces decrease progressively in direction of movement or reducing at serially arranged support surfaces in direction of movement. Pitch of support elements of grates inside every depression zone is constant and decreases in direction of movement in serially arranged zones of depression or decreases in direction of movement inside every zone of depression. Suction boxes, which support grates supporting elements, are arranged so that supporting elements of grates are arranged in staggered order with respect to sides of both molding grates. ^ EFFECT: increased quality of paper products. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
