FIELD: biotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of nutrient medium containing NaCl, MgSO47H2O, KCl, CaCl22H2O, KNO3, K2HPO43H2O, yeast autolysate and distilled water. Analysed water or benthos sample is introduced to the nutrient medium.
