FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to the devices for the preparation and packing of building mixtures and can be used in construction and repair of roads, buildings, constructions and other special objects. The setup for the preparation and packing of building mixtures contains a measuring tank for water installed on a cart, the water pump mounted with the possibility of turning the mixer with the cylindrical case, discharge outlet and with the shaft located inside of the case with auger coils. The case of the mixer is supplied by the conic part connected with the cylindrical part and a final branch pipe. The auger coils located in the cylindrical and conic parts of the case, have arms, thus each of the arms of the auger coils of the conic part of the case is placed in parallel forming a cone. The final branch pipe has a nozzle for packing the mixture, and auger coils placed inside the final branch pipe, on a shaft are established separately from the auger coils located in the case. ^ EFFECT: intensification in the process of mixing of construction mixtures with subsequent packing, decrease in the overall mass and dimensions of the installation increase in the operational reliability and simplification of its maintenance ^ 1 cl, 3 dwg |
