FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tips of flare installations for burning emergency, constant and periodic emissions of combustible gases, can be used in petrochemical, oil refining and other industries and allows increasing reliability and service life of the tip due to elimination of exposure of main torch and wind-shelter screen outside surfaces to flame. The flare installation tip contains a main torch for burning dumped gas, duty torches, and wind-shelter device installed coaxially and forming with it an annular gap, the said device being made in the form of cylinder opened at the top and muffled at the bottom with a cover. The aforesaid cylinder is installed on the main torch, with its walls made in the form of feedwell and a set of equispaced vanes, installed between the feedwell and the bottom, the vanes being made in the form of cylinder sectors, with their outside parts contacting radial planes. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability and service life of the flare tip. ^ 2 dwg |
