<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system using cooling water for an engine for cooling a load driving device. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter device 150 is constituted of an SiC power element formed of silicon carbide (SiC) which is heat-resistant at the temperature of cooling water when cooling an engine.
