The invention relates to a lock, especially a mortise lock for a door, comprising a closing cylinder (2) that can be inserted especially in a door leaf, and an electronically controlled closing device, which has, e.g., a shaft (3) comprising two sections (4, 5) with holds on both ends, preferably in the form of knobs or handles. The sections (4, 5) of the shaft (3) can be functionally connected to each other via a coupling once an authorization code is input into the electronic closing device, especially in a wireless manner, for example by radio. Starting from the prior art known from DE 102 25 490 A1, the aim of the invention is to provide a lock which has a higher operational safety even when the electronic closing device fails to unlock the lock for reasons of safety due to a defect and/or insufficient energy supply. For this purpose, the closing cylinder has a mechanical emergency lock (6) which can be actuated by means of a mechanical key (10) and which can be used to establish or undo a functional connection, especially between the sections (4, 5) of the shaft (3) independent of the electronically controlled closing device. |
