Windmill with vertical axis

The windmill has a rotor (1) actuated by wind, and an aerogenerator (2) cooperating with the rotor for supplying electrical energy. A cylindrical wind canalizing base is coaxially mounted on the rotor and constituted of upper and lower covers. The upper cover is equipped with a median opening (7). The covers are connected by fixed vertical deflector plates (6) for guiding the wind penetrating in the base, through a base's lateral surface, towards a base's central part and the opening by accelerating the wind. The base is fixed to a support (10) by elastic studs (11).
