FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to cardiology and endocrinology and allows to normalise functional activity of thrombocytes during metabolic syndrome. The method includes application of a hypohigh-calorie diet, administration of Valsartan - 80 mg, 1 time a day, Diltiazem - 90 mg, 2 times a day and Metforminum - 500 mg, 2 times a day within 8 weeks. The combination of the given preparations in the specified dosages with a hypohigh-calorie diet allows achieving potentiation of their medical action on thrombocyte function at metabolic syndrome and to level signs of thrombocytopathy in 8 weeks of treatment. ^ EFFECT: levelling of signs of thrombocytopathy after 8 weeks of treatment. ^ 1 ex |
