A hybrid composite of biopolymer and bioceramics and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to secure an advantage of attachment and proliferation of bone cells and to substitute the hybrid composite for the expensive biomaterial due to high biological activity, biodegradability, and biocompatibility of the hybrid composite. A biodegradable hybrid composite consists of biopolymer containing glucosamine and acetylglucosamine produced by chitin, chitosan, or derivates for the same, as the main ingredient; silk fibroin made of domestic or wild silk; and bioceramics with biological activity. Bioceramics with biological activity is hydroxyapatite. In particular, the hybrid composite contains fibroin of 5~100wt.% and bioceramics of 1~300wt.% to biopolymer of 100wt.%. The hybrid composite is formed in the shape selected from a group comprising the shapes of porous materials, a membrane, gel, and fiber. |
