FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to membrane technology and, in particular, concerns ceramic membranes, which can be used for ultrafiltration of lactoserum. Essence of invention is in the following: before lactoserum filtration preparation of ceramic membrane is fulfilled by applying onto porous membrane carrier of suspension layer, for which 0.3% alcohol solution of butterfat is used, the latter being prepared at temperature 38-40C and applied under pressure 0.3 MPa for 350-360 minutes. ^ EFFECT: acceleration of lactoserum filtration process with increase of its effectiveness, increase of duration of membrane working life. ^ 1 tbl, 6 ex |
