FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chromatography. Raw buserelin is processed with 0.1 M solution of acetic acid, sediment is separated, liquid phase is applied on column with sterol divinylbenzole sorbent with further elution with acetic acid solution. Eluate is chromatographed in HELC mode on inverse phase sorbent in gradient of isopropyl alcohol with organic acid additives.
