PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure adjusting device allowing an automatic tire air pressure adjusting work in a short time in even a tire with a tire air pressure alarm system. SOLUTION: This tire air pressure adjusting device is provided with: a regulator 12 connected to an air pipe 21 installed in a plant to reduce pressure of high pressure air supplied from the air pipe 21 to stipulated pressure; a relief valve 13 for supplying air from the regulator 12, while holding the air to the stipulated pressure; a switching valve 15 connected between the relief valve 13 and the tire to be adjusted in air pressure; and a timer 16 for setting valve opening time of the switching valve 15 and opening the switching valve 15 for only the set valve opening time.
