PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours of adhesion and usage of adhesive for making a plurality of shock absorbers adhere on the rear side of an interior member. SOLUTION: A connection structure of shock absorbers of a vehicle interior member is characterized by piercing one shock absorber with a connection pin penetrating the other shock absorber while spacing between the absorbers to mutually connect the shock absorbers with a space between them. The suitable connection pin is composed of a locking base part for locking one shock absorber, a locking head part for locking the other shock absorber, and a flexible connection part for connecting the locking base part and the locking head part.
