PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method, program and device for maneuvering control capable of realizing maneuvering of following another ship or a sailing object and control by cooperation with other control devices other than automatic maneuvering, and also to obtain an automatic maneuvering control system. SOLUTION: The method comprises: a step for obtaining information on a position of another ship 2 navigating on the sea surface or under the sea; a step for obtaining a command value to make a ship 1 perform the automatic maneuvering to follow the ship 2; and a step for outputting information of the command value to an automatic maneuvering device 20.
