PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a fender panel capable of suppressing repair cost at the time of vehicle collision by only applying easy conversion using small members, enhancing the degree of freedom for exterior design at a vehicle front part, and allowing easy assembling work to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the fender panel 4 is arranged between a head lamp 3 and a front door 2. A flange 7 directed to an inside W1 in the vehicle-width direction is bending-formed at a rear edge part 4K of the fender panel 4. A reinforcement 6 thicker than the fender panel 4 is provided with a joint part 12 corresponding to an upper end part of the flange 7 and a fixing part 8 corresponding to a fixed part 13 of a front pillar 1. The joint part 12 is joined to a flange surface 7M from a vehicle front side Fr, and the fixing part 8 is fastened and fixed to the fixed part 13 from an outside W2 in the vehicle-width direction.
