The case (1) has vehicle geo - positioning modules (7) informing an assistance centre of a geographical location of a vehicle, and a global system for mobile communication module (6) communicating between the vehicle and the assistance centre permitting to transmit the data to pass to the assistance centre. The geographical location of the vehicle establishes a voice call between the vehicle and the assistance centre, and a loud speaker (4) and a microphone (5) are integrated into the case for permitting the voice communication.
