<p>The device (10) has earth electrodes (12) e.g. anode or cathode, implanted in a porous medium (14) to be dried, where potential difference is applied between the electrodes. An operating parameter storage and control unit is formed by an analog to digital converter and a memory. A communication unit communicates the stored operating parameters to an external device e.g. microcomputer, during drying process. An independent claim is also included for a method for drying a porous medium.</p> |
