A pallet for diagnosis of material distribution equipment is provided to allow diagnosis of defect without change of material distribution equipment and decline of material distribution treatment speed. A pallet for diagnosis of material distribution equipment comprises: a pallet(310); at least more than one of acceleration sensors(311), which are fixed on the pallet toward a direction intending to detect; a transmission part(313) to receive vibration signals from the acceleration sensors and to transmit them to an analysis part after passing through ADC(Analog Digital Converter); a signal treatment part(314) to treat the transmitted digital signals; and a defect judgment part(315).
