A blinker, a method for manufacturing the same, a blinking system thereof, and a method for driving the same are provided to protect a point source from foreign materials by fixing the point source inside a fixing unit and filling the fixing unit with a filler. A blinker(100) includes a blinking unit(200) and a receiving unit(300). The blinking unit has at least one point source unit(230) and a fixing unit(240). The point source unit has at least one point source(232) to generate light and substrates(231) to mount the point sources. The fixing unit fixes the point source unit to a predetermined position of a side surface of the blinker so that the point sources face the side surface of the blinker. The receiving unit has a space corresponding to the blinking unit to receive the blinking unit and opening units(311) corresponding to fixed positions of the point sources and emits light through the opening units.
