An apparatus and a method for detecting an error of a Bluetooth module are provided to detect an error of a Bluetooth module through a simple circuit construction and minimize an error detection time. A module driving state detecting unit(131) is enabled by driving of a Bluetooth module(113) to output the first voltage. A module output voltage detecting unit(134) is connected between the Bluetooth module and an antenna(ANT2) and detects the second voltage outputted from the Bluetooth module to the antenna. A level comparing unit(135) compares the first and second voltages and outputs a module error. The module output voltage detecting unit includes the first resistor(132) connected between the Bluetooth module and the antenna and the second resistor(133) having one end connected with the first resistor and the other end grounded, and outputs a voltage detected between the first and second resistors to the level comparing unit.
