摘要 <p>A joint scheduling method and apparatus for improving frequency efficiency and fairness in a multi-channel distributed antenna system which adopts frequency reuse and joint power control are provided to reduce outage caused by interference in a service area and to enhance transmission efficiency by interlinking a scheduling unit with power control and channel allocation mechanism. A joint scheduling apparatus for improving frequency efficiency and fairness in a multi-channel distributed antenna system includes a base station, plural relay stations and plural mobile stations. The base station receives data request signals via each relay station or directly from the mobile station and transmits the requested data to each relay station or directly to the mobile station. The relay stations transmit information on mobile stations in each corresponding coverage and allocate resources to each mobile station. The mobile station receives allocated resources from the base station or each relay station and updates data. The base station includes a user queue, a packet scheduler, a channel coding unit and a radio resource management unit. The base station selects packets according to a scheduler of each user queue, realizes resource management via the radio resource management unit, and transmits information to the mobile station, directly or via the relay station.</p>
