The said vegetables are mixed without oxygen access with black olives, table salt, calcium lactate, bay leaf and bayberry. Sea bass fillet is packed. Prepared mixture and mayonnaise with preset ratio of components are sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
