FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes application of the certain hypohigh-calorie diet calculated in kcal under the formula: for women: 18-30 years - (0.0621xbody weight, kg+2.0357)x240; 31-60 years - (0.0342xbody weight, kg+3.5377)x240; older than 60 years (0.0377xbody weight, kg+2.7545)x240; for men: 18-30 years - (0.0630xbody weight, kg+2.8957)x240; 31-60 years - (0.0484xbody weight, kg+3.6534)x240; older than 60 years (0.0491xbody weight, kg+2.4587)x240; and preparation ramipril administration of 2.5 mg 2 times a day within 6 months. Selection from all group of ACE inhibitors, be more exact of ramipril preparation in the specified dosage and a regimen of adminidstration against the specified diet allows to normalise completely thrombocyte hemostasis, and also to optimise intravascular activity of thrombocytes, level peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidatic security of platelets with normalisation of a gradient cholesterol/fosfolipidy in their membranes. ^ EFFECT: invention can be used for levelling of dysfunctions of thrombocytes at persons with a metabolic syndrome. ^ 1 ex |
