FIELD: technological processes, transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: roller die includes case and work rollers mounted in the case on bearing supports containing work roller axes with bearing journals carrying bearings in bearing sleeves. Also the die features synchronising cogwheels mounted on axes. Enhanced die rigidity and possibility to regrind work rollers is provided by the use of conical contact surfaces of die case and bearing sleeves of bearing units, die case split along planes perpendicular to work roller axes, and fastening elements mounted perpendicular to die case split lines; cogwheels are mounted on work roller axes, their position axially adjustable, and die case split line number is equal to number of work rollers. ^ EFFECT: enhanced precision of pipe assortment articles rolled out through die. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
