A suspended fixing apparatus and a method for installing a transmission line using the same are provided to simplify a structure of a power transmission tower by using a polymer insulation arm instead of a metal arm. A vertical fixing part(112) and a horizontal fixing part(114) are installed in a tangent suspension tower(110). One end of a main polymer insulation arm(120) is fixed to the horizontal fixing part. The other end of the main polymer insulation arm is coupled in a plate(130). One end of a sub polymer insulation arm(140) is coupled in a turnbuckle(142). The turnbuckle is connected to the vertical fixing part. The other end of the sub polymer insulation arm is coupled in the plate. A suspension clamp(150) has a wire supporting bar. The wire supporting bar is coupled in a bottom surface of the plate in order to support a wire to the tangent suspension tower.
