A remote language education system using native speaking teachers is provided to realize high-level language education to remote places by using a telecommunication network. An overseas server(120) is located in a foreign country and exchanges data between an overseas broadcasting room and a service server(100). The service server is located in Korea, receives a lecture service request from a user, receives broadcasting packet data from the overseas server in real-time, and transmits the received signal to a user-side video conference system. The service server delivers question packet data to the overseas server. The video conference system receives the lecture packet data from the service server, converts the received packet data into multimedia signals, and delivers the multimedia signal to the user. The video conference system receives a question multimedia signal, converts the question multimedia signal to question packet data, and transmits the question packet data to the service server. A television(170) displays the multimedia data from the video conference system. A camera(160) and a microphone(180) generate the question multimedia signals from the user. |
