An oxygen generator that is free of noise or defects, can be used continuously without additional maintenance or repairing, and is capable of obtaining high concentration oxygen-dissolved oxygen water within a short time is provided, and an oxygen water purifier and an oxygen water bathtub system comprising the same are provided to obtain an effect of accelerating cell activities, a whitening effect, and an effect of preventing aging of the skin by using high concentration oxygen water. An oxygen generator(100) for generating oxygen by electrolysis of water comprises: a titanium foam(110); a first conductive mesh(120) for surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the titanium foam; a dielectric mesh(130) for surrounding the first conductive mesh; and a second conductive mesh(140) for surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the dielectric mesh. The titanium foam is formed in the form of a rod in which a plurality of pores are formed. The first conductive mesh has a positive terminal(125) adhered to one end thereof, and the second conductive mesh has a negative terminal(145) adhered to one end thereof. An oxygen water purifier comprising an oxygen generator to supply oxygen water comprises a filter, and the oxygen generator for supplying oxygen to water that has passed through the filter. An oxygen water bathtub system comprising an oxygen generator to supply oxygen water comprises a pump for sucking and discharging water, an oxygen generator for supplying oxygen into water that has been discharged from the pump; and a bathtub into which oxygen water that has passed through the oxygen generator flows.
